What To Expect: Mini demonstrations of full body massage techniques, hands on adjustments as you practice, and no experience needed! Wear comfortable loose clothing, no oil/lotion used. Receive and give proper body mechanics to save your fingers/ wrists while connecting with your loved one.
Pheo Powers LMT, CHC has been teaching couples classes for over 8 years, helping couples connect through out the Hudson Valley. Each session is meant to be easily translatable to your home environment, simple with little props needed. Leave with a handout of massage tips!
