Join us for an 8 week DBT skills group:

SUPPORT FOR TEENS

Mondays from 7:30-8:30pm

Starts July 10th

Ages 13-18 – All Genders Welcome

Led by Holland Troeger, LMHC, C-DBT

Learn to utilize DBT practices in daily life!

Goals of DBT:

– Increase Mindfulness and Happiness

– Learn How To Improve Interpersonal Communication

– Understanding How To Regulate and Manage Emotions

-Survive and Manage Crises

-Navigate Stress

 

Learn DBT Skills to help manage emotions, improve interpersonal communication, navigate stress and increase mindfulness. Connect with other teens in a supportive environment. 

$50 Per Session until August, then increase to $60 Insurance Coverage Possible.
Once sign up is complete, our Director of Group Therapy will contact you to welcome you to group and help answer any questions you may have.
