Ages 8-13 Welcome
Life can be challenging as a kid.
A positive energy peer support group. Where kids can connect and socialize in a safe space, while learning coping skills to reduce anxiety and build strategies to navigate everyday stressors. This group will focus on building social skills, how to manage emotions, and increasing self-confidence.
$40/session. Insurance coverage possible.
Once sign up is complete, our Director of Group Therapy will contact you to welcome you to group and help answer any questions you may have.
